SHIPPING POLICY

At EVL, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery policy.

DELIVERY AREAS

  • We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
  • Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Alexandria & Delta: Delivery within 3-4 business days.
  • Other governorates: Delivery within 4-6 business days.

SHIPPING FEES

  • Free shipping on all orders over LE 1,500.
  • Flat-rate shipping fees for smaller orders based on your region.
  • Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Additional fees may apply for oversized or heavy products.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Delivery times listed are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • No shipments are made on Fridays or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons (holidays and occasions), delivery times may be longer.

ORDER TRACKING

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS when your order is shipped.
  • You can track your order through your account on our website.
  • If your shipment is delayed, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

  • Please inspect the product upon delivery and ensure it is in good condition.
  • If there is visible damage, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Signing for delivery confirms acceptance of the product's external condition.

RETURNED SHIPMENTS

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.
  • Orders refused upon delivery (cash on delivery) may be subject to shipping charges.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, two additional delivery attempts will be made.

EXCEPTIONS

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or force majeure events.
  • Some remote areas may require longer delivery times.
  • If a product is out of stock after ordering, you will be notified and offered alternatives or a refund.
