At EVL, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
14-DAY RETURN WINDOW
- You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your product.
- Requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
- The return period begins from the confirmed delivery date.
PRODUCT CONDITIONS
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Custom-fit products made specifically for your vehicle are non-returnable unless defective.
- Products showing signs of use or installation will not be accepted for return.
HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST
- Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone with your order number.
- Describe the reason for your return and include photos of the product if possible.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange a pickup.
REVIEW & APPROVAL
- Each return request is reviewed by our team.
- Requests may be approved or rejected based on product condition and eligibility.
- You will be notified of the decision via email or WhatsApp.
- If rejected, we will provide a detailed explanation of the reasons.
REFUND METHOD
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method when applicable.
- Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear.
- Cash on delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Products that have been used or installed.
- Items returned without their original packaging.
- Custom-fit products (unless defective).
