REFUND POLICY

At EVL, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

  • You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your product.
  • Requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
  • The return period begins from the confirmed delivery date.

PRODUCT CONDITIONS

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Custom-fit products made specifically for your vehicle are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Products showing signs of use or installation will not be accepted for return.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

  • Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone with your order number.
  • Describe the reason for your return and include photos of the product if possible.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
  • If approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange a pickup.

REVIEW & APPROVAL

  • Each return request is reviewed by our team.
  • Requests may be approved or rejected based on product condition and eligibility.
  • You will be notified of the decision via email or WhatsApp.
  • If rejected, we will provide a detailed explanation of the reasons.

REFUND METHOD

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method when applicable.
  • Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear.
  • Cash on delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items returned without their original packaging.
  • Custom-fit products (unless defective).
